Under the supervision of the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant will help drive the marketing strategy and messaging for CCMC, Inc.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotion activities that align with the creative direction set forth by the VP of Marketing;
  • Graphic design of corporate branded collateral including: brochures, stationary, advertisements, website graphics, tradeshow displays, etc.;
  • Website updates, maintenance, monitoring, and analytic reporting;
  • Multimedia Channel Management including SEO, email marketing, SEM, and Social Media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin);
  • Solution demo video creation and editing;
  • Logistics and attendance at industry conventions and tradeshows (some overnight travel may be required);
  • Maintain tracking data in corporate CRM tool and compile statistical data on sales data;
  • Build reporting that tracks ROI and performance for sales and marketing efforts;
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for producing moderate amounts of content for print and web;

Job Specifications:

Skills – Required

  • Proficient working in a Mac environment
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
  • Proficiency creating responsive HTML emails
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, team player with ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude along with being flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Strong sense of accountability for getting results, meeting targets, and exceeding expectations

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in marketing


  • B2B marketing experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the FinTech industry
