In 2012, Gene Lederer rejoined CCMC, the company he founded in 1994, as the CEO. Since that time, he has rebuilt the company’s strategy, culture, management team, and industry relationships.
Today, CCMC is a rapidly growing and profitable provider of mission critical “connective” solutions for both FinTech vendors and financial institutions with over 1,300 financial institutions using one or more CCMC solution.
Gene was raised in New York and moved to Florida to complete his education at the University of Tampa. He holds degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Economics and has dedicated his 38-year career exclusively to the FinTech industry. Prior to rejoining CCMC in 2012, he held executive positions at NCR, CA, SunGard, FIS, Fair Isaac, and D+H. He was also previously involved with multiple FinTech start-up that were subsequently acquired by D+H.
Alysa Sheckler is the Chief Operations Officer for CCMC, Inc. In this role, Ms. Sheckler’s responsibilities include leading the strategic planning and execution of CCMC’s initiatives and programs, managing daily operations of the company, overseeing internal business practices, and working with executives to cultivate partner relationships.
Prior to joining CCMC, Alysa was a Director at Continental Real Estate Companies. Her responsibilities included business development, a broad spectrum of marketing and communication strategies and account management for the firm and its clients.
Alysa received a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology, as well as, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She was raised in the small town of Umatilla, Florida, and has lived in several metropolitan areas in the eastern United States, including New York City, Miami, and Raleigh.
Ted Lynch is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services for CCMC, Inc. In this role, Ted is charged with ensuring the proper execution of all project management methodologies and implementation of all CCMC products and services. He also monitors the quality assurance processes and procedures, proactively identifies client needs, and works with development to create solutions to meet those needs.
Prior to joining CCMC, Ted was a Level III Senior Technical Support Specialist for a financial solutions company focused on core processing. During his 7-year tenure there, he provided liaison services between support, development, and quality assurance. He also held a role in operations at a financial institution in New England for a duration early in his career.
Jason Lowe has served as Vice President of Sales since July 2011, expanding CCMC’s client base in the financial services industry by managing the direct sales team, as well as, managing the channel partners of CCMC. Jason brings over 15 years of experience in the Financial Technology industry, with additional years’ experience positioning enterprise software, hardware, and professional services outside of FinTech.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina.
Stuart Elvers is CCMC’s Vice President of Strategic Development. Joining CCMC in 2013, Stuart was hired on as Senior Software Engineer. He took a leading role supporting a suite of existing products. He was also responsible for the strategic planning and development of new initiatives.
Stuart quickly advanced to his current role as Vice President of Strategic Development. His focus is on strengthening our family of solutions and enhancing delivery to our clients via both hosted and cloud deployments.
Prior to joining CCMC, Stuart began his career as a software developer for a major commercial HVAC design and drafting company, developing their software suite for various AutoCAD products. He progressed quickly and became Manager of Software Development in just four short years.
Stuart Elvers received his degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
Stuart is a Central Florida native. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
Louis Mason is CCMC’s Vice President of Solution Development. He joined CCMC in 2013 as a Mapping Analyst, then quickly advanced to Senior Software Engineer. He currently leads the Innovations Lab developing new products and solutions that streamline efficiencies and automate workflows.
Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Mayra Napoleoni joined CCMC in 2017 as the Director of Finance. She has a strong accounting/finance background with progressive and diverse experience in financial statement preparation and general ledger activity. She is focused on developing, implementing, and reviewing CCMC processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and contribute new ideas that drive process efficiency.
Mayra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.
Rachel Flint is the Director of Human Resources for CCMC, Inc. where she is responsible for attracting and maintaining key talent, processing payroll, managing benefit plans, and coordinating company events and charity opportunities. Rachel brings fresh ideas to the table while continuing to develop team unity and employee satisfaction.
Prior to joining CCMC, Rachel led the Human Resource Department at a marketing firm, where she managed all HR responsibilities and tasks relating to customer service operations for over 100 employees.
Rachel is originally from Osteen, Florida, a small town right outside Orlando. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University.
Lucia Harris is the Director of Solution Implementations. She joined CCMC in June of 2006 and has worked in various senior positions within the group she now leads. In this role, Lucia oversees the implementation team which includes project managers, business, and technical consultants.
Prior to joining CCMC, Lucia worked for Fiserv Lending Solutions as a Sr. Implementation Coordinator where she remotely managed projects, trained, and integrated various products. The beginning of her career was in the banking industry as a bank manager, later moving into a position as the retail loan officer for over twenty in-store branches.
Lucia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Computer Science from the University of Central Florida. She is originally from Brooklyn, New York.
