Framework errors are caused by security issues with the WebBridge service and security policies.
Click here and save the file to the CCMC\WebBridge folder. Then use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder and double click on the SecurityFix1.bat file. This will perform the commands stored in the file and leave a command window open for you to review the results. Press any key to close the window.
Test WebBridge to insure that you do not receive a Framework error.
If you receive an error apply the following security change.

Topic: Proxy Authentication Error
If you get a Proxy Authentication Failed error in the WebBridge log you will need to add the Proxy server parameters in the Admin module. Add the following four parameters with the proper values for each: ProxyAddress, ProxyUser, ProxyPassword and ProxyDomain.
If you have added these parameters and you still receive the Proxy Authentication Error you probably have a security issue. The WebBridge service logs on using the local system account. You need to change it to log on as a domain user. For Windows XP select Start, Control Panel, Administration Tools, Services and you will see the list of local services. Right click on CCMC WebBridge Service, select Properties, select the Log On tab and click on This Account and enter log on information for a domain user.

WebBridge automatically stops when connectivity problems occur. You can override this option by adding a parameter to the Configuration Parameters in WebBridge Admin. Add StopOnMBDownloadError with a value of N.
After you add the parameter click the Save button and restart the service.
Make sure that you use the Browse button to locate the appropriate folder and use the UNC path not a mapped drive.

You can locate the SMTP server name by opening the email software on the PC where you have installed WebBridge. For Microsoft Outlook select Tools on the menu bar, then select Options. Click on the Mail Setup tab and click the Email Accounts button. The E-mail Accounts wizard will open. Select “View or change existing e-mail accounts” and click Next. On the E-Mail Accounts list screen click the Change button and the next screen will contain the name of the mail server.

Test Loan.xml' is denied
If you receive a permission (or access denied) error in WebBridge
when data is being written to the WebBridge XML folder or the ARTA
XML folder you will need to grant access rights to WebBridge.
This is accomplished by either modifying the WebBridge service
log on setting or changing folder permissions.
The recommended method is to establish a log on id for WebBridge
that has administrative rights and then setting the WebBridge
service to use that account. You access the WebBridge setting
through the Windows Services tool. Select CCMC WebBridge
Service and right click to get to the Properties option then select
the Log On tab.

If you elect to change the permission on the folders (WebBridge and ARTA) you should share the folder and give domain users “Full Control” rights.
Topic: Encompass Version Change (Broker\Banker)
WebBridge functions the same way with both versions of Encompass;
however there are some steps that should be followed anytime there
is a significant change to an Encompass Server.
1.
Stop the WebBridge
service
(Open WebBridge Admin, go to File menu – Stop Service)
2.
Update the Values in
WebBridge Admin
if EncompassServer, EncompassUser, or EncompassPassword have changed
(Make sure to save after updating and choose “No” to restart the
service for now)
3.
Verify the Custom fields
are set up the same way in Broker and Banker editions (Unless you
have made significant changes in WebBridge Admin, WebBridge makes
use of some Custom fields in Encompass)
4.
After the Encompass version change and the above steps have been
completed, Start the WebBridge service (Open WebBridge Admin,
go to File menu – Start Service)
