HomeBridge
Our HomeBridge interface connects Wolters Kluwer’s ARTA® Lending Documentation System to Freddie Mac’s web-based system, Loanprospector.com, Fannie Mae’s Desktop products, and numerous other secondary marketing companies.
HomeBridge streamlines the mortgage prequalification, marketing, and origination processing. HomeBridge pulls information from the ARTA Lending LOS and translates the data into the MISMO format for delivery to Freddie Mac or into the DU3.2 format for delivery to Fannie Mae or to any other secondary market service provider that accepts the DU3.2 format.

Systems from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
HomeSellerBridge streamlines the secondary marketing sales
process by utilizing the new Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset
(ULDD) through MISMO Version 3.0.
