RESPA Update
RESPA Update Information – May 2010
WebBridge Mortgagebot clients using Encompass and ARTA Lending will require an update for RESPA. The update is now complete and all banks who purchased the update have received the information.
There is a $300 charge for the update. If you would like to receive the update please download the Purchase Agreement and mail along with your check to CCMC Inc.
The changes for RESPA are isolated to the loan origination systems
and do not impact the loan servicing systems. Most vendors have
added new fields for collecting the information. Without
the update, fee information must be entered manually into the
LOS after WebBridge has imported your applications.
If you feel you need an update and have not been contacted or need to report fee related issues; please do so at CCMCservice@ccmcinc.com.
WebBridge Mortgagebot LOS and WebBridge ARTA Lending DU clients will not require an update for RESPA.Thank you very much for your understanding and willingness to help during this update process!! CCMC clients are truly the best in the nation!
