RESPA Update



RESPA Update Information – February 2010

CCMC along with our loan origination system partners have been working to implement the new RESPA regulations. 

We are continuing to receive specification changes from our loan origination system partners.  We have been notified to expect additional changes, possibly through the end of March.

We have identified the following interface products that may be affected.  If you run one of these interfaces and have not reported fee related issues, please do so at CCMCService@ccmcinc.com.  

ccmcBridge ARTA Lending - Metavante Bankway (Fidelity)

ccmcBridge Rembrandt - Metavante Bankway (Fidelity)

Please know that we have dedicated resources, diligently working to provide this important update.

We will send email notification when the updates become available.  Please check the web page often for updates on our progress.

The changes for RESPA are isolated to the loan origination systems and do not impact the loan servicing systems. Most vendors have added new fields for collecting the information.  The result is that the Bridge export grid will contain incomplete data. 
 
Your interface will NOT stop working.
 
You can enter this data manually in the ccmcBridge export grid or your host after ccmcBridge finishes its booking process.  The updates that we will be providing will map the new loan origination system fields into the export grid.

WebBridge Mortgagebot clients using Encompass and ARTA Lending will require an update for RESPA.  This update should be ready by the end of March.  You will receive notification by email regarding the process for the update.  Prior to the update, fee information must be entered manually into the LOS after WebBridge has imported your applications.

WebBridge Mortgagebot LOS and WebBridge ARTA Lending DU clients will not require an update for RESPA.
