The WebBridge family of products automates the exchange of information between the Mortgagebot PowerManager Site and your institution, streamlining the workflow, eliminating errors and improving productivity.  WebBridge is tightly integrated, allowing data to be passed back and forth seamlessly in real-time.

Automated Download of Origination Files

WebBridge automatically downloads origination files from Mortgagebot’s PowerManager site to your local network, where the data is converted into the format required by the loan origination system.  WebBridge will automatically import the data into Encompass and ARTA.  Information can be imported easily into other loan origination systems that support the standard DU 3.2 file format.
WebBridge sends an email notification after the loan files are processed.  This email can be directed to an individual or a group, depending on your business requirements.

Automated Upload of Loan Status

WebBridge automatically uploads loan status information, from your loan origination system, back to the Mortgagebot site.  This allows your customers to easily review their loan status via the Internet, improving customer service, as well as eliminating phone calls to your loan department.   Status upload is available for Encompass and Calyx Point.
