We encourage you to use
email to report problems, but you can also contact support by
phone. If you need to report a problem or you want to
check on the status of a previously reported problem, call 407-788-7557 extension 103.
Tips for Getting
Faster Answers

When you report
the problem include a print screen of the error message. |
 |
If your problem is
related to mapping or configuration, attach a copy of your database to the email.

Include a description
of any changes that have been made to the PC, network or host system.
|
 |
Include the answer to
this question. "Is this problem occurring on every computer or just one?"
